  • Develop a basic SMM strategy for a chosen business or brand, including defining goals and audience segmentation.

  • Create a 1-month social media calendar for a brand, including platform-specific content ideas and scheduling. 

Practical Activity: 

  • Create and optimize a Facebook Business Page or Instagram Business Profile for a selected brand. 
  • Run a basic Facebook or Instagram Ad with defined audience targeting and a budget.  

Practical Activity: 

  • Optimize a LinkedIn profile or company page for professional use. 
  • Create a Twitter marketing plan for a brand, focusing on content types (e.g., tweets, hashtags) and frequency. 

Practical Activity: 

  • Set up and launch a Meta Ads campaign using the Meta Business Suite. Perform A/B testing by running two different ad sets and analyze which one performs better. 

Practical Activity: 

  • Create a YouTube channel for a brand or optimize an existing one. 
  • Upload a video and optimize it using SEO techniques, including keyword-rich titles, descriptions, and tags. 

Practical Activity: 

  • Set up a basic Google Ads campaign with a small budget, focusing on a specific keyword group. 
  • Monitor performance and adjust targeting and budget for optimization. 

Practical Activity: 

  • Use Facebook Insights or Instagram Insights to analyze the performance of a previous post or campaign. Create a report based on the metrics (reach, engagement, etc.) and suggest improvements.

Final Project: 

Students are required to create a comprehensive Social Media Marketing Strategy for a fictional or real brand, incorporating everything learned from the course.
